RV Fire

Mont Belvieu Fire Department was called out to mutual aid Cove FD on a RV Fire at Mont Belvieu RV on FM 565. Upon Engine 2 arrival Command had told our unit to stand by while Cove and Beach City crew was extinguishing the fire. Engine 2 crew was used for overhaul. Residential Fire Barabers Loop in Old River

Mont Belvieu Fire and EMS responded to a house fire on Barbers Loop in Old River. Engine 1 arrived and assumed command on a single story residents fully involved, crews went into a defensive mode and called for mutual aid. Major on I10

Firefighter Ken Hall, January 11

Mont Belvieu Fire was dispatched along with EMS to east bound I10 at 3180. On arrival an 18 wheeler was found to have missed the guard rail and ended up in Cotton Bayou. The driver was rescued by fire and EMS personnel then transported. The 18 wheeler was carrying drinking water plastic bottles. A clean up crew spent all day and part of the next night cleaning up the mess.... (Full Story & Photos)
